Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with the item, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price. Sorry... shipping and handling is not refundable. If you received free shipping and need to return an item, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from the purchase price. Item must be returned, unused with tags attached within 14 days of receiving the item. If tags are not attached or is the item is soiled or otherwise damaged, a 15% restocking fee will be applied. You must contact number21sports for a return authorization before shipping the item back to us. Once the item has been received and reviewed by number21sports, we will refund the item price or send a replacement item. Buyer to pay for return shipping unless an incorrect item was sent. If the item is player specific, and that player is no longer with the same team as when purchased, that item is not able to be returned.
